Each time you access or use reedwellbeing.com you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

"we" means Reed Wellbeing Ltd, who provide the NHS Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission Programme, and "our" shall be construed accordingly. "you" means the person firm company or organisation browsing and/or using the Website, and "your" shall be construed accordingly. "Reed Corporate Family" means all companies connected with us. A company is connected with us if it is: (i) a subsidiary or holding company of us; (ii) controlled by the same person(s) who control us or our holding company; (iii) a subsidiary or holding company of any company in (i) or (ii) above; or (iv) in the same group as any company under (i), (ii) or (iii) above. "subsidiary" and "holding company" shall be as defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006. The term "control" shall have the same meaning as defined in Section 416 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988. Two companies are in the same group if they share the same ultimate holding company.

Interruptions and Omissions in Service

Whilst we try to ensure that the standard of the Website remains high and to maintain the continuity of it, the internet is not an inherently stable medium, and errors, omissions, interruptions of service and delays may occur at any time. We do not accept any liability arising from any such errors, omissions, interruptions or delays or any ongoing obligation or responsibility to operate the Website (or any particular part of it) or to provide the service offered on the Website. 2. Privacy policy

Privacy Notice

Reed Wellbeing Limited (“Reed”) works with NHS England to deliver the NHS Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission Programme (T2DR Programme). This privacy notice explains how we use the personal data we receive from you and NHS England in connection with your participation in the T2DR programme.

We only use your personal data for the purposes permitted by NHS England in order to deliver the T2DR Programme. NHS England is the data controller for the purposes of applicable data protection legislation and the NHS England Privacy Policy, which explains how and why NHS England, uses personal data, is available on the NHS England website at: https://www.england.nhs.uk/contact-us/privacy-notice/

Reed acts as the data processor for NHS England.

What Information do we collect about you?

NHS England have commissioned Reed to deliver the T2DR Programme. Reed collects the personal data mandated by NHS England as set out in their privacy notice in order to deliver the T2DR Programme. NHS England collects personal data about you, your needs and your health. We need this information to deliver the T2DR Programme and ensure that you are able to achieve the programme objectives. To do this, we collect two types of personal data:

Personal Information - data which can be used to identify and contact a ‘living individual’ connected to programme e.g. name, address and email address.

Special category information - personal data that pertains to, but is not limited to, medical, racial or sexual and political life detail. This enables us to conduct the programme appropriately.

We do not sell personal information or special category information to any organisations. We only share data with third parties who are facilitating or enabling the delivery of the T2DR Programme.

What do we do with your personal data?

We only use your personal data to execute the T2DR Programme to the standard required by NHS England, for audit purposes and to track the effectiveness of our service delivery.

Your data is held securely in the UK. All of this data is also available to NHS England and we will keep it for as long as we are required to by NHS England.

Data Sharing and Transfers

Your data is saved where it is necessary to do so in order to deliver the service as described above. Your personal data will only be shared with such organisations to the extent that it is necessary to deliver the T2DR Programme, and we will never sell your personal data to anyone.
